Wilson “Stryke” Machado Jr.

Throughout my career, I’ve served as a firearms instructor, executive protection specialist, security consultant, safety manager, and operations leader. I’ve trained responsible citizens, security professionals, and law enforcement personnel, always with the belief that skill, judgment, and character outweigh equipment or titles.

As a black belt in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, I’ve spent years studying not only how to fight, but more importantly, how to think, communicate, and make sound decisions under pressure. Those lessons influence every class I teach and every client I work with.

My philosophy is simple: protection is a profession, not a performance.

Real security begins long before a weapon is ever needed. It starts with awareness, planning, communication, physical capability, and the discipline to make good decisions when circumstances become difficult.

My faith in Christ has also reshaped how I approach this profession. It has reinforced that protecting others is ultimately an act of service—one requiring humility, integrity, and a commitment to continual growth.

Whether I’m consulting for an organization, providing executive protection, or standing on the range teaching responsible citizens, my goal remains the same: to equip people with the knowledge, confidence, and mindset to protect what matters most.

I don’t claim to know everything, but I know this profession. I’ve lived it in uniform, in the private sector, in the classroom, and alongside those who have dedicated their lives to protecting others. Experience has taught me that equipment has its place, but competence, humility, and discipline are what people depend on when it matters most.
